These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Washing Dynasty(W.D)’s online dry cleaning and laundry services. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline your responsibilities and our commitments when using our services.

 

Service overview: W.D provides professional dry cleaning, laundry,and garment care services through our online platform. To access our services, client must create an account, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to protect your account credentials to prevent unauthorized access.

 

Order Placement: When placing orders, please ensure you select the correct item based on description provided. Any incorrect selection may result in delays, missing items, or additional charges. If your garment requires special care, please leave notes or explanations. Without specific instructions, we will treat it as a standard care item. If re-cleaning is necessary due to missing instructions, additional charges may apply.

Stain Removal: While we strive for perfection in our cleaning services, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains.

Pickup and Delivery Times: We make every effort to adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we do not guarantee exact timings.

Damage or Loss: We handle your garments with care, but in the unlikely event of damage during the cleaning process or if a garment goes missing, we will refund all your cleaning fees and compensate you up to ten times the charges as a form of compensation.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, especially for garments that may pose a hazard to our personnel or equipment.

 

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review and stay updated with any changes made to these terms, as they may be amended from time to time. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
